Biography
Nelly Uvarova was born on March 14, 1980 in Lithuania in international family (mum, Galina – armenian,
the daddy, Vladimir – russian).

When Nelly was 4 years old, family has moved to Tbilisi, Georgia – the warm country where almost half a year lasts summer, the country where the improbable image combines the most strict rules and the brightest emotions.

Nelly was becoming as persons here.
«Parents did not limit me and, at the same time, I have received any very precise installations », – the actress speaks about the childhood in one of interview.

At school Nelly was the honours pupil, engaged in music, art gymnastics, navigation. When Nelly there were 14 years, she has moved to Moscow together with parents and senior sister Elena.

Nelly was the thoughtful child, reflected on a life much and for itself saw in the future important, serious, and the main thing, the necessary trade. And from 14 years actively searched for work: stuck announcements on columns (this employment seemed very romantic), worked as the courier.

She was going to act for faculty of journalism,
but documents has submitted on actor’s:
« It happened in one day. I have solved for myself:
I will act on actor’s faculty ».

Nelly submitted documents at once to five HIGH SCHOOLS, but the destiny has smiled in VGIK – she has been accepted on Georgij Taratorkin’s rate.

« During receipt, I have lost a voice. And I have come on 3 round to MKHAT absolutely without voice, I could not talk at all. In VGIK Georgij Taratorkin has given me chance.

« So: you have a summer to treat. You will recover – you will be the student or it is unsuitability for the occupation». All summer I was treated, not talking in general. On first of September I have come to institute. The week has passed and I am broken off again. I have understood, study has ended for me. Master have given me second chance. I thought, that if I do not develop with actor’s trade, I shall go in clowns ».

During student’s years Nelly was made in Anna Melikyan’s degree work – a short-footage film “Have departed”, for which she has been awarded a prize ” Best woman’s role ” of International festival of VGIK in 1999. Film also has noted been by a prize «Best actor’s work ” of International festival in Milan.
Even being the student of institute of cinematography, Nelly dreamed of theatre, and after the graduating of HIGH SCHOOL she accepted in the Russian Academic Youth Theatre where she plays since 2001 to this day. At theatre the actress started to work above very uneasy role in a solo performance « Rules of behaviour in a modern society » under the play of Frenchman Z.B.Lagars:

« This play has angered me. I have thought: and how so? What ñàò I do with the play such if it even is impossible to read? And only when I have started to get a grasp, ponder, I have found those moments which have responded personally in me. The first moment is sports interest, certainly »

Statement Nelly in 2005 on a leaging role in television film «Not born beautiful », cinema- and televiewers, had no opportunity on advantage to appreciate talent of a young actress.

Two successful (but almost unknown to general public) works in short-footage films “Have departed” and “Poste restante”, some incidental film-roles (one of them in made sensational film “Bumer”) …

For the performer of a role in a serial «Not born beautiful » were done greater rates, and long disagreed with nominee Nelly. But the director of film Alexander Nazarov has been confident that this role is intended for her. Skill and charm of an actress have not left anybody indifferent. The history of the modern Cinderella has subdued hearts of millions televiewers and has brought Íåëëè Óâàðîâîé success. After Katya Pushkareva’s role recognition became a constant part of her life.

According to Nelly, many perceive her as a member of family with which have lived side by side almost 10 months. However it does not frighten an actress, she does not afraid to experiment, that the label of the plain woman – secretaries remains with her up to the end of actor’s career. Now Nelly involved in theatrical performances RAMT, on the Ukrainian TV conducts transfer of “Beauty” («Êðàñóíi»), it is removed
in new film-projects
